Are trucks inspected before being sold?
Yes. Every used truck sold by IMPEX undergoes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection and includes a current annual DOT inspection report.
Before delivery, our technicians inspect the truck for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, air, oil, and coolant issues. Any identified problems are addressed as part of our preparation process.
We also verify that the tires and brakes have at least 70% remaining service life. Each truck receives a preventive maintenance service that includes:
- Engine oil and filter change
- Fuel and air filter inspection or replacement
- Chassis lubrication
- Air-conditioning and heating system inspection
- Fluid, brake, tire, lighting, and electrical system checks
Our goal is to deliver a dependable, DOT-inspected commercial truck that is ready to go to work and start generating revenue.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. IMPEX accepts trade-ins toward the purchase of one of our used commercial trucks. We will evaluate your vehicle based on its condition, specifications, mileage, and current market value and provide a fair trade-in offer.
We also offer a truck consignment program for customers who want to maximize their vehicle’s selling price. IMPEX markets the truck through our established advertising channels, handles buyer inquiries, and helps connect the vehicle with qualified customers. Our consignment fee is 10% of the final selling price.

Do you offer financing for commercial trucks?
Yes. IMPEX offers commercial truck financing assistance through a quick online credit application that typically takes 5–10 minutes to complete.
The initial application uses a soft credit inquiry, so checking your financing options will not affect your credit score. In most cases, we can provide available approval terms within 24 hours, including the required down payment, interest rate, estimated monthly payment, and loan term.

What is the minimum down payment required?
Commercial truck financing may be available with as little as $0 down for well-qualified buyers, depending on credit history, time in business, income, and the vehicle being financed. Most customers should expect a down payment of approximately 10% to 20% of the purchase price. Final down payment requirements and financing terms are determined by the lender after reviewing the credit application.
What type of warranty comes with the truck?
You may be able to finance your commercial truck with little to no money down, depending on your credit profile, time in business, and the truck you choose.
Many customers are approved with a down payment between 10% and 20%, and well-qualified buyers may be eligible for $0 down financing. Do you sell dump bodies?
Yes! IMPEX sells new BULLDOG dump bodies for Class 3–8 commercial trucks, with options for single-axle and tandem-axle chassis. Our dump bodies are available in multiple lengths, capacities, material thicknesses, and duty levels to fit applications such as construction, demolition, landscaping, aggregate hauling, municipal work, and waste management. Choose from an in-stock dump body or let our team build one to your specifications. We offer premium VALAST® AR450 steel configurations, along with custom side heights, tailgates, tarp systems, hoists, and other available options.

Do you offer upfitting services for hydraulic systems (i.e. roll-off systems, dump bodies, hook lift systems, etc.)
Absolutely! Through our DIESEL-TECH & BODYWORKS department, we can provide professional commercial truck upfitting and hydraulic installation services for Class 3–8 chassis. We can transform your truck into a fully equipped dump truck, roll-off truck, hook-lift truck, flatbed dump, grapple truck, or other custom vocational vehicle.
